Digital Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an exceptional Cloud Digital Operations Manager to join our central team as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. This Digital Operations Manager will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem on a project basis.
What you'll do for us? Your main responsibilities:
Own the implementation and launch of campaigns and promos, ensuring consumer experiences are executed in the markets in the most effective way to convert to digital transactions.
Operate and manage Coca-Cola digital platforms (website, mobile application, CRM) including content localization and platform management on a local market level.
Manage and maintain Coca-Cola App in terms of content and promo/loyalty set up and maintenance in coordination with Digital Manager.
Ensure the website and Coca-Cola App are up to date with content and necessary legal documents.
Create landing pages and article pages in the CMS.
Prepare QR codes for all relevant POS materials and monitor and optimise results.
Lead and execute the CRM build, approval and launch.
Be hands on with local Coca-Cola digital platforms, report bugs and perform all necessary live fixes.
Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns to the central and category teams.
Perform platforms tagging in order to prepare in-depth report results of each campaign.
Prepare the UAT for all promos and campaigns as well as aligning with Digital Managers on all fixes prior launch.
Prepare campaign in platforms' PROD version and launch it in agreement with Digital Manager.
Ensure all technical elements are set up correctly within any promotions or campaigns.
Collaborate with the data team to provide all information needed to complete technical promos.
Build relationships with cross functional stakeholders such as IT, Digital Managers, Platform Consultants and Digital Delivery Managers.
Collaborate daily with many stakeholders both central and local to achieve business objectives.
Who are you?
You will have at least 3 years of experience working with CMS systems, where you will bring a wealth of knowledge in effectively managing the implementation of content. Proficient in agile methodologies, you are adept at collaborating in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, ensuring seamless project execution. Your experience extends to mobile app management, where you've successfully contributed to optimising user experiences.
In the realm of campaigns, you have a proven track record of managing and executing successful campaigns. Specifically, you possess expertise in handling loyalty campaigns and have successfully set up CRM campaigns. Your approach is characterised by strong communication and interpersonal skills, which contribute to effective collaboration within diverse teams.
Furthermore, your exceptional written and verbal communication abilities have been demonstrated throughout your career. Understanding the importance of quality assurance, they are well-versed in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring the thorough evaluation of systems and campaigns.
Important: Konecta Team is dedicated to exclusively supporting the digital strategy of its client Coca-Cola. You will be employed by Konecta Group or our local 3rd party employment partner who will be responsible for all aspects related to the employment contract and relationship. You will be part of an amazing team tasked to drive the digital strategy and transformation for Coca-Cola, covering aspects such as digital marketing & operations, digital commerce, social listening, publishing, data & programmatic, digital experiences and innovation.
