We are looking for a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to join our team and oversee our internal processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth execution across projects and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and optimize daily business operations across departments.
  • Oversee contract management, HR coordination, certifications, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with management to align operational strategy with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, NIS2, and other cybersecurity-related standards.
  • Support growth initiatives by streamlining workflows and enabling scalability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Startup/scale-up mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
