We are looking for a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to join our team and oversee our internal processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth execution across projects and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and optimize daily business operations across departments.
- Oversee contract management, HR coordination, certifications, and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with management to align operational strategy with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, NIS2, and other cybersecurity-related standards.
- Support growth initiatives by streamlining workflows and enabling scalability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Startup/scale-up mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
