Operations Manager – The Foundry Suites Athens

Are you ready to lead the daily operations of one of Athens' most distinctive boutique hotels?

The Foundry Suites Athens, a property that blends authentic hospitality, unique design, and the essence of the city's urban culture, is looking for its next Operations Manager.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be the key person ensuring operational excellence across the hotel and our rooftop garden.

  • Ensure a seamless guest experience — from the first welcome to check-out.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team (Front Office, Terrace, Housekeeping).
  • Play an active role in shaping and executing the hotel's marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital and social media marketing to grow our online presence and brand awareness.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and external collaborators.
  • Work closely with the Roof Garden Manager to deliver events and experiences that make our rooftop a city hotspot.
  • Oversee quality across every detail — from cleanliness and services to brand image and public relations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a hospitality environment or in a team leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on organization, communication, and inspiration.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Creativity, initiative, and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth of the brand.
