We are looking for a creative & analytical
Performance Marketing Manager
with a core interest in fashion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Overseeing paid and organic campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital platforms.
  • Producing engaging and relevant content for various channels, including newsletters, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Optimizing websites and content for search engines (SEO) and managing paid search campaigns (SEM).
  • Analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and other relevant data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize strategies.
  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Utilizing web analytics tools to track website traffic, monitor campaign performance, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Budget management and performance reporting on a weekly basis
  • Understanding of the Costarellos brand and have a strong sense of our values, tone, and aesthetic

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills:

The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills:

The ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to cross functional teams

Content creation skills:

The ability to write engaging and persuasive content for various platforms.

Knowledge of SEO and SEM:

Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles.

Email marketing skills:

Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns within Klaviyo

Proficiency in digital marketing tools:

Familiarity with various digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
