Seeking a Marketing Manager – iGaming (Lottery Focus)

Alphos Ventures is seeking a Marketing Manager to support growth and user acquisition across our iGaming portfolio, with a strong emphasis on lottery brands. This role is hands-on, performance-driven, and ideal for someone eager to make an impact in a fast-moving, highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage the marketing strategy for lottery and broader iGaming verticals.

Drive user acquisition through performance-oriented campaigns.

Contribute to partnerships that unlock growth and revenue opportunities.

Manage campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging both mainstream and unconventional approaches.

Optimize ROI through data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support senior leaders in executing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within iGaming and specifically with lottery brands.

Proven track record in performance marketing with focus on acquisition and ROI.

Experience or interest in unconventional marketing approaches is a plus.

Strong background in growth marketing and partnership support.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-backed decisions.

Adaptability and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
