Marketing & Communications Manager

to establish and lead our in-house marketing operations. This role reports to the Commercial Director and is key to elevating our brand presence and supporting business growth across both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the company's marketing strategy in alignment with commercial goals.
  • Coordinate both traditional (B2B, POS, trade events) and digital (social media, email, web) marketing activities.
  • Develop and manage content across channels (brochures, newsletters, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support internal and external communications, including branding and corporate messaging.
  • Liaise with sales, product and external agencies for campaigns and creative deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance and monitor KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and company leadership to align priorities and allocate marketing budget effectively.

What we're looking for:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications roles, ideally in B2B or industrial/technical sectors.
  • A proven ability to operate strategically, while also executing campaigns and initiatives hands-on.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and Canva or similar tools.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
