Junior Sales & Marketing Manager IDB Europe
, based in Athens regional office, to support the sales and marketing activities in Europe. This role combines creativity, communication, and data-driven thinking to help grow our brands and customer base in European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels.
  • Create engaging content (blog posts, white papers, social media).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers to support the sales pipeline in the assigned territory.
  • Track and report campaign performance, suggesting improvements.
  • Assist with events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Generate leads, support the sales team, and help close deals.
  • Prospect new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Communicate the company's value to consumers and distributors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing, international sales, or distributor management
  • Knowledge of international trade procedures and European Medical Devise regulations.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
  • Experience with social media content creation and management
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning, campaigns, and lead generation
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
