: Business Development – Outbound Sales

: Full-time (Entry-Level/Internship)

We are seeking a
results-oriented and communicative
individual to join our sales outreach team. The candidate will focus on
using curated lead lists
to contact HR and Marketing decision-makers and secure
meetings
for Celyphos management. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in outbound sales, prospecting,
and business development within a creative industry.


Key Activities & Responsibilities of the role include:

·       Conduct
multi-channel outreach
(phone, email, LinkedIn) using ready-made lead lists.

·       
Book
and
confirm meetings
directly in our shared calendar.

·       Record outreach outcomes, feedback, and next steps in the CRM system.

·       
Develop and maintain
a consistent pipeline of scheduled calls.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion effectiveness.

·       Support the team with related sales tasks as needed.

·       Any other task that may be required from time to time.


Professional experience & qualifications of successful candidate:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·       No prior sales experience required - background in telesales or appointment setting is a plus.

·       
Basic familiarity
with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) is welcome but not mandatory.

·       Strong, confident communication skills in Greek and English.

·       Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

·       Collaborative and open to coaching.
