As a Junior Sales Representative, you will give each customer a world-class experience by exploring and meeting their needs, utilizing the company's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming calls and emails
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, expanding our customer base
  • Monitor customer performance, optimize job ads and provide consultation as required
  • Be able to assess customer needs on the fly and provide accurate assistance and information
  • Ensure and provide high quality of service to customers in a professional manner
  • Gain feedback from customers and transfer it efficiently to key stakeholders
  • Achieve personal and group sales goals while contributing in sales development strategies

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Greek, and good command of the English language
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer oriented mindset together with positive, and "can-do" attitude
  • Fulfilled military obligations
  • Proven work experience in a sales or customer support role will be considered as a plus
