The Senior Affiliate Manager - Multi-Channel drives partner growth and profitability by securing and optimizing high-value SEO placements. The Senior Affiliate Manager leads SEO-driven initiatives, strengthens affiliate relationships, and ensures campaigns deliver measurable impact on traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operations and strategic growth of PPC, network, and influencer partners.
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across multiple traffic sources to maximize ROI.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value partners; negotiate terms and secure long-term collaboration.
  • Maintain promotional calendars and guarantee seamless campaign execution.
  • Run and interpret A/B tests on creatives, offers, and CTAs, providing actionable insights.
  • Optimize CPC/CPA caps, traffic allocation, and quality filters for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure attribution accuracy through robust tracking (postbacks, UTMs, deduplication).
  • Monitor KPIs and escalate fraud, compliance, or traffic-quality concerns in a timely manner.
  • Test and evaluate new traffic sources; rapidly scale profitable channels and discontinue low-performers.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and CRM teams to align acquisition with payouts, LTV, and customer journey optimization.
  • Keep CRM updated and provide reliable weekly and monthly forecasts.
  • Mentor junior affiliate managers and contribute to building best practices across the department.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or traffic source management.
  • Demonstrated success managing PPC, influencer, and network-based acquisition channels.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and placements.
  • Hands-on experience with attribution tools, campaign tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills; proven ability to build and sustain relationships with key partners.
  • Analytical thinker who can balance creative testing with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a strong plus.
  • English fluency required; additional languages a plus (e.g., Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM).
