Role Description

  • Manage the social media accounts of the company's brands (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and execute content plans to grow engagement and drive sales
  • Plan and implement digital campaigns (ads, influencer activations, giveaways, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the sales and brand management teams to strengthen brand presence
  • Support A&P and marketing activities across online and offline channels

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Social Media Content Creation capabilities
  • Strong Communication and Marketing skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
