About the job

This role will lead the development, day-to-day management, and growth of communities in the social media space.

They will also be in charge of creating and publishing content & engaging with several stakeholders.

They will actively conceive creative ideas and execute various initiatives across digital platforms while harvesting performance data and engagement analytics to collect insights and compile actionable reports. They will source, write, translate and edit content on a daily basis to support the digital communication strategy.

Main responsibilities include:

• Content planning, creation and copywriting
  based on social media strategy.
• Reporting & Analysis
• development of reporting recommendations, a compilation of key learnings.
• Relationship Management
• day-to-day contact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Administrative Coordination
• managing campaign timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
• Thought leadership
• knowledge and deep understanding of online communities and trends.
• Keeping on top of the latest platform innovations
  , active campaigns and conducting market research.
• Provide engaging text
  , image and video for all social media and professional accounts.
• Working closely with designers and digital agencies.
• Writing content for website entries
  , presentations, and social media posts.
• Providing input on proposals
  , and developing creative concepts.
• Influencer relationships
  research and management.

The successful Candidate

MustHave

• Organization, multitasking and time management.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in publishing to the web via a digital Content Management System.
• Data lover takes decisions based on statistics. Ability to translate data into valuable insights.
• Tangible passion for digital trends. Not only follows trends but sets them.
• An eye for detail. Loves symmetry.
• A proofreading machine.
• Familiarity with Canva. Photoshop skills are greatly appreciated.
• Keen TikTok/Twitter/FB/Instagram user, ability to create compelling content.
• BA in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant studies.
• Passionate about social impact. Taking initiative and going the extra mile.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both Greek and English, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and digital competence,
are considered a prerequisite.

• Familiarity with paid media platforms and digital advertising, including Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn for paid promotion, targeting, and measurement.
• Familiarity with WordPress administration.
• Understanding of SEO.
