Digital Marketing & Content Creation Assistant
to join our dynamic Marketing Team.

BlueVillas is a renowned Greek luxury villa and destination specialist, offering a handpicked collection of over 450 villas across Greece. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences through personalized services and authentic local insight. We work with direct clients as well as a wide network of international travel partners, always guided by our values of quality, integrity, and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in the day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)


• Support the creation and scheduling of content calendars and social media posts


• Help design and edit visuals using tools such as
Canva and CapCut


• Support in drafting newsletters, and other branded content


• Contribute to monitoring social media performance and preparing basic reports on key metrics


• Assist in coordinating with external partners (photographers, influencers, agencies)


• Research trends and share creative ideas to enhance our online presence

What We're Looking For


• 1–2 years of experience or a strong internship background in digital marketing, content creation, or social media


• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)


• Familiarity with design and video tools (Canva, CapCut or similar)


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Creative mindset and eye for aesthetics


• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn within a collaborative environment

Bonus Skills


• Experience with newsletter platforms (Mailchimp or similar)


• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads)


• Experience or strong interest in the travel or hospitality industry
