Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικών ενεργειών στα social media για την προβολή της εταιρείας και των προϊόντων της.
  • Διαχείριση του website της εταιρείας (ανανέωση φωτογραφικού υλικού κ.λπ.).
  • Δημιουργία, επεξεργασία και καθημερινή δημοσίευση οπτικοακουστικού περιεχομένου (εικόνες, βίντεο, κείμενα) με βάση τους στόχους marketing.
  • Ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση παραγωγής υλικού: από τη δημιουργία περιεχομένου έως την έγκριση και δημοσίευση.
  • Ενεργή διαχείριση των social media λογαριασμών (community management), με καθημερινή παρακολούθηση, άμεση απόκριση σε σχόλια, ερωτήσεις και κριτικές.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs, ανάλυση δεδομένων και δυναμική προσαρμογή στρατηγικών όπου απαιτείται.
  • Συνεργασία με το τμήμα marketing για τον σχεδιασμό πλάνου social media, ευθυγραμμισμένου με τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους.
  • Έρευνα για τις τάσεις της αγοράς και τις προτιμήσεις του κοινού.
  • Συνεχής ενημέρωση γύρω από τις εξελίξεις στα social media, τα εργαλεία δημιουργίας και τις νέες τεχνολογίες.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο στον τομέα του Marketing, Digital Marketing, Επικοινωνίας ή συναφούς κλάδου.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση δημιουργίας ψηφιακού περιεχομένου (κειμένου, εικόνας, βίντεο).
  • Γνώση εργαλείων γραφιστικής, όπως Adobe Photoshop και/ή Adobe Illustrator, για τη δημιουργία και επεξεργασία οπτικού περιεχομένου.
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση εργαλείων ανάλυσης απόδοσης και εξαγωγής reports.
  • Επικοινωνιακή επάρκεια στα ελληνικά και στα αγγλικά.
  • Γνώση SEO, keyword research και Google Analytics.
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον ίδιο ή παρεμφερή κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Γνώση συστήματος ERP (Softone κατά προτίμηση) και ΜS Office θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
