As our
Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team Lead
, you and your newly formed team will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts. You'll lead a team of sourcing specialists and coordinators, crafting strategies that attract top-tier talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our recruitment processes and elevating our global talent acquisition game.
This is a permanent opportunity reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations, and it can be based out of one of our offices in Poland, Greece or Italy.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a team of sourcing specialists and coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Strategise & Execute: Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to connect with the best candidates through diverse channels.
- Enhance Experiences: Ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and exceptional journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Optimise Channels: Identify, manage, and optimize the most effective sourcing channels to maximize our reach and impact.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with TA Leads to understand future needs and priorities, driving proactive hiring activities.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our sourcing methods.
- Analyse & Improve: Track and analyse the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What You Bring
- Global Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing hybrid and virtual working teams in a global environment, with the ability to mentor, coach and train team members in the art of sourcing.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with LinkedIn, social media, online job boards, video interviewing, and referral programs.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS systems, ideally SuccessFactors, and a knack for implementing tools that enhance efficiency and experience.
- Networking Pro: Experience in attending and running professional networking events, career fairs, and engaging with universities.
- Data-Driven: A keen ability to track, analyse, and communicate trends, using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
- Proactive: Proven track record of building proactive hiring solutions, including talent pooling and maintaining candidate engagement.
- Empathy & Service: A service-minded approach, with the ability to put yourself in the shoes of colleagues and candidates to serve the company best.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
