Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate and negotiate
with borrowers in order to effectively manage overdue loans - Cooperate with stakeholders
for successful implementation and
target achievement
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree
from higher education institution, preferred specialization in Economics or Finance - Experience
in NPL management, customer service or sales will be highly appreciated - Ability to
achieve goals
within specific deadlines - Ability to
collaborate
in a team environment - Excellent
communication and negotiation skills - Good knowledge
of English
and
MS Office
