- Champion candidate experience by ensuring timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the process.
- Lead interviewing and assessment processes, leveraging psychometric tools and modern selection techniques.
- Coach and upskill hiring managers in best practices to promote consistency and quality in selection.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and record-keeping standards, including onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's in HR or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and solid understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Fluent in Greek, with strong proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and coach across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A positive, flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
