Sales & Marketing Coordinator

H CPI Α.Ε. δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο της πληροφορικής πάνω από 30 χρόνια, κατέχοντας ηγετική θέση ως added-value διανομέας προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών τεχνολογίας.

Διαθέτει προϊόντα Printing, Scanning, POS, Εξοπλισμού προβολής & θέασης, IP Surveillance, Data Storage και Auto-ID. Παράλληλα, υλοποιεί λύσεις MPS, Ψηφιοποίησης - Διαχείρισης εγγράφων και διαχειρίζεται μεγάλο αριθμό Συμβολαίων.

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία Sales & Marketing Coordinator που θα στηρίξει την εμπορική μας ομάδα και θα συμβάλει ενεργά στην ανάπτυξη της παρουσίας μας στην αγορά.

Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου

  • Είσαι ο "curator" της εταιρικής προϊοντικής πλατφόρμας – φροντίζεις να παραμένει ενημερωμένη, εύχρηστη και εμπορικά αποτελεσματική
  • Μετατρέπεις δεδομένα σε δράση: δημιουργείς reports και εμπορικά αρχεία που δίνουν στην ομάδα πωλήσεων σαφή εικόνα και κατεύθυνση
  • Επικοινωνείς καθημερινά με συνεργάτες, προσφέροντας λύσεις και καθοδήγηση για τη βέλτιστη αξιοποίηση των εργαλείων της εταιρείας
  • Συντονίζεις τη ροή νέου περιεχομένου στην εταιρική και προιοντική μας πλατφόρμα όπως πχ προϊόντα και προωθητικά υλικά
  • Δημιουργείς και επιμελείσαι newsletters που ξεχωρίζουν, καλλιεργούν engagement και ενισχύουν την εταιρική ταυτότητα.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι με δημιουργικότητα τα εταιρικά social media (Facebook, κ.ά.), αναδεικνύοντας projects, συνεργασίες και επιτυχίες.
  • Συντονίζεις με ακρίβεια και φρέσκια ματιά εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις, παρουσιάσεις και επαγγελματικά ταξίδια.
  • Έχεις ενεργό ρόλο στην εταιρική επικοινωνία – από τη συγγραφή δελτίων τύπου έως τη συμμετοχή σε διαδικασίες που ενισχύουν τη διαφάνεια και την ποιότητα (ISO)


Τι θέλουμε να έχεις

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing ή παρεμφερές αντικείμενο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel)
  • Εμπειρία σε ERP/B2B συστήματα
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Επικοινωνιακό χαρακτήρα και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
