Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for
Imports Coordinator
, located in Moschato-Tavros. The Imports Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing import operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders. The role involves overseeing payments, monitoring purchase orders, and collaborating with different departments to ensure compliance with international procedures and supply chain risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of import shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, while optimizing cost and time.
  • Daily communication with suppliers, shipping companies, and freight forwarders.
  • Handling of payments and coordination with suppliers and banks.
  • Monitoring and controlling purchase orders from the Buying Department.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure compliance with international procedures and effective supply chain risk management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems will be a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
