  • Support both live and digital events — from virtual conferences to hybrid activations.
  • Prepare and manage production schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and technical partners to make sure every detail runs smoothly.
  • Be on-site (or online) to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Contribute to project reports, feedback sessions, and post-event insights.
  • Collaborate with the communication team on social media content, event posts, and digital touchpoints.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in events, communications, or brand activations.
  • Experience with
    digital / hybrid events
     and a good grasp of
    tech tools & online platforms

  • Familiarity with
    social media content
     and event-related digital promotion.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills (you love a good checklist).
  • Excellent communication and client service mindset.
  • A team player who thrives under pressure and still keeps their sense of humor.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken).

What we offer:

A creative, energetic, and supportive team.

Competitive salary based on experience.

Benefits, including private health insurance, monthly vouchers.
