About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts. Your focus will be on attracting new clients and expanding the business through innovative and strategic HR solutions. This role blends sales, marketing, consulting, and HR expertise to build value-driven, long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Business Development

·  Identify and pursue new business opportunities

·  Build relationships with potential clients

·  Convert leads to long-term partnerships

Client Relationship Management

·  Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

·  Understand evolving client needs

·  Upsell and cross-sell HR services where appropriate

Strategic HR Solutions

·  Provide expert consulting in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational development

Project Management

·  Lead and manage HR projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Revenue Generation

·  Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

·  Ensure client acquisition and retention contribute to bottom-line growth

Market Research

·  Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging HR technologies

·  Identify new business opportunities and areas for service innovation

Internal Collaboration

·  Work closely with internal teams and consultants to deliver seamless HR solutions

Reporting and Analysis

·  Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue metrics

·  Report regularly on progress and outcomes to senior management

Skills and Qualifications:

·  Proven experience in HR consulting or business development, with a strong record of revenue generation

·  Strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills

·  In-depth understanding of core HR functions and industry best practices

·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·  Ability to build rapport and earn trust with diverse client stakeholders

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·  Self-motivated and collaborative mindset

·  Proficiency in HR software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

·  Relevant HR certifications are a strong advantage
