Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Business Development - Project Development & Management located in Greece, with some flexibility for working from home. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, handling project development, managing customer service, and executing business plans. Day-to-day tasks include market research, project planning, client communication, and ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in business-related activities and planning
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is stronly recommended
  • Experience in the lighting or construction industry is a very serious plus
  • Knowledge of the relative markets (construction industry, specifiers, lighting specialists)
