We are expanding our business development team and seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support our commercial activities and ensure the smooth running of our front office, based in an exquisite neoclassical building in Kifissia.

Role Summary

The Business Development Coordinator
supports the CEO, Sales Director and the sales team by coordinating activities, organizing meetings, and tracking project progress. The role combines strong organizational and analytical skills with front-office duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department (organizing department meetings, schedule calls, take structured minutes, managing calendars, following up on action items across the team)
  • Maintain CRM records and manage customer databases (e.g., contacts, deal stages, tasks)
  • Compile KPI reports, analyze sales data, and prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management
  • Manage communication with Business Development Partners (BDPs) and implement structured processes to enhance team efficiency
  • Coordinate and support Business Development initiatives in collaboration with other company departments
  • Prepare presentations, marketing materials, compile client proposals, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, create pipelines based on target criteria, and engage with potential clients
  • Maintain the calendar of in-person client meetings (both business and social)
  • Welcome guests and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly front-office presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or business development/project coordination within a corporate B2B environment
  • Excellent command of MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) (English proficiency is a must)
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and practices
