Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries, developing strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across various industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill custom orders and ensure high-quality client experience.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and client communication using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
