Automation Engineering Opportunity

The role of Automation Engineer involves designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline business processes across industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology by translating business needs into functional solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Developing custom components using Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and Azure services as needed.
  • Producing clear documentation for solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation solutions.
  • Participating in testing cycles (UAT, pre-UAT) and providing support during deployment and hypercare.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.
  • Previous exposure to RPA tools, such as UiPath or Blue Prism, will be considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to function as both Business Analyst and Developer, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose automation opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of integration with Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Azure Logic Apps.
