Systems Integration Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements using technology and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and processes.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.
- Stay informed with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems (HMS), property management systems (PMS), or other hospitality-related software is a plus.
