Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and fast-thinking IS Engineer to join our team in the Prepaid Billing & Online Charging department. As an IS Engineer, you will be responsible for driving projects from conception to completion, producing and executing technical documentation, providing in-house expertise on critical systems, and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless system integration and maintenance.

This role involves coordinating with internal departments to plan and deliver new services, promotional campaigns, and value-added services on time and within budget. You should be a skilled multitasking professional with expertise in SQL/PLSQL, Unix, and various other applications, capable of managing multiple ongoing projects while ensuring daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Produce and execute technical sections of business analysis, feasibility studies, user requirements, system specifications, test plans, and test reports.
  • Undertake projects aiming to provide in-house expertise and know-how on various systems applications and platforms.
  • Cooperate with related vendor companies for planning and implementing maintenance and integrations of rating & promo engine systems.
  • Present reports to program office departments defining project progress, possible problems, and solutions.
  • Communicate with marketing departments and all involved departments to plan and deliver new services, promotional campaigns, and Value Added Services (VAS).
  • Fully participate in projects involving software integrations and migrations regarding charging and billing rating platforms.
  • Organize/conduct user acceptance tests (UAT) for ongoing IT projects delivered on time and within estimated budgets.
