Business Operations Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will join our Digital Transformation unit and have the following main responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to ERP business users by offering guidance and solutions to their business requests.
  • Act as the first point of contact for users seeking technical or business process assistance over the phone or email.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting using a ticketing tool.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new ERP development.
  • Drive activities with users to gather information required for analysis.
  • Support leadership and internal teams by providing useful data, insights, and business reports.
  • Be engaged in various projects to build specific experience in Business and IT controls, as well as related management processes.
  • Deliver user training sessions.

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications.
  • Basic programming experience in SQL scripting, Python, HTML5, XML, and JavaScript is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and HL7 communication standard is also an asset.
  • Relational databases knowledge is necessary.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
  • Working experience in a similar field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Military service fulfillment where applicable.
