German Speaking Cybersecurity Expert

As a German speaking cybersecurity expert, you will play a key role in helping our customers stay safe online. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch security solutions to protect personal data and prevent cyber threats.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure full functionality of antivirus protection by troubleshooting common PC, Mac, and mobile issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems using problem-solving skills and knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN).
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand and providing professional relationships with all partners.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German language.
  • Very good communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy and a passion for customer service.
  • Familiarity with current Anti-Malware and Firewall products.
  • Knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of Firewall, Antivirus products, and Security domain.
