Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

As a Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and strategic alignment of all IT systems with the organization's goals. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies that support and align with the organization's overall objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement IT Strategies: Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT strategies that support and align with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Oversee IT Operations: Oversee the management, configuration, and daily support of applications and systems to optimize efficiency and automate business processes.
  • Implement Security Policies: Implement and monitor security policies to safeguard systems and data, and manage digital risks in collaboration with the Head of IT department.
  • Lead and Manage IT Team: Lead, manage and coordinate the IT team, ensuring high performance and team development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Similar Role: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar IT role.
  • Proven Experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, and Infrastructure Management: Proven experience in cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure management is highly desirable.
  • Basic Knowledge of Web Development: Basic knowledge of web development is necessary.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience in team and project management are essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
