We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role involves purchasing and managing supplies, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Purchase and manage materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, focusing on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors and opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate purchasing needs and achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist in a fast-paced organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP.
