, a fast-growing hospitality tech company, is looking for a
Customer Success Agent
to support hotel clients using our tools and help them increase their direct bookings.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage our hotel client portfolio, ensuring they maximize the value of the RateParity platform. You will work closely with hoteliers, understand their needs, and provide strategic guidance to optimize direct bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to hotel clients throughout their onboarding and daily use of our tools
Assist with setting up and managing our tools across their websites and booking engines
Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex cases to the technical team
Offer training and ongoing guidance to ensure effective use of the platform
Collaborate with the Customer Success & Product teams to continuously improve the client experience
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, OTAs, channel managers, CRS, booking engines, revenue management, or similar roles)
Strong understanding of OTAs, direct bookings, and hotel operations.
Experience in customer support is a plus
Excellent communication skills
A tech-savvy and proactive mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
