The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be the
    main point of contact
    for a Greek corporate client and other assigned accounts
  • Understand customer needs
    and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement
  • Provide
    support and guidance
    in Greek on how to use our AI role-play training simulations effectively

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Greek with professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using web platforms or SaaS tools
