What You'll Do
- Own the client relationship
: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of value and measurable impact.
- Lead the CS team
: Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success Executives, driving excellence in project execution and client servicing.
- Design project frameworks
: Define methodologies, ensure data integrity, and tailor approaches to meet client objectives.
- Shape our offerings
: Collaborate with product and strategy teams to evolve our services in line with market trends and client needs.
- Drive product launches
: Oversee rollout of new services and tools, ensuring alignment with client expectations and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally
: Work closely with engineering to co-develop internal tools and techniques that enhance delivery and insight generation.
- Deliver insights with impact
: Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients, translating data into actionable business decisions.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in
social media analytics
,
digital marketing
, or
client services
.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract and communicate insights from data.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Fluency in
Greek and English
(written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g.,
Power BI
) and data languages (
Python, R, SAS, SQL
) is a strong plus.
- Passion for digital culture, emerging trends, and the evolving social media landscape.
