We're looking for  :

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction as we grow. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast paced customer service or a similar role, and is passionate about providing an excellent experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, upselling customers, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and working with other departments to resolve issues.

What you'll do :

  • Resolve user issues directly or work with teams internally to identify possible solutions
  • Plan interactions with prospect customers and update CRM tool with relevant status
  • Support customers during the onboarding process and through their lifecycle to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to design, implement, track and enhance business support processes
  • Upsell customers to paying packages and cross-sell services

You have :

  • Outstanding Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proof of Academic or Working excellence
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Nice to have :

  • Experience in High-Growth Startups
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Pipedrive, Zendesk, etc
  • Previous experience in Property/Facility Management
