Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Specialist, based in Athens, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions to customers. Day-to-day tasks include providing high-quality customer support, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and collaborating with team members to implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Proven Analytical Skills for identifying challenges, solving problems, and improving customer experiences
- Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment
- Proficiency with customer relationship management software and tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer success, service, or support role is advantageous
