Core Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and support to SMB representatives regarding complex queries and platform utilization.
- Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored solutions to ensure customer success and high retention rates within the business service framework.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and operational teams to manage and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Document all client interactions and success metrics meticulously in secure internal systems.
- Adhere rigorously to all operational procedures, quality standards, and, most importantly, our strict data security and compliance policies.
