Athens, Attica, Greece PINK WOMAN - INTRAFASHION GROUP ΑΒΕΕ Full time €20,000 - €25,000 per year

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη και διαχείριση συστημάτων POS (Point of Sale) σε όλα τα φυσικά καταστήματα

  • Εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και συντήρηση Η/Υ, εκτυπωτών, barcode scanners, δικτύων και λοιπού εξοπλισμού

  • Αντιμετώπιση καθημερινών τεχνικών ζητημάτων .

  • Υποστήριξη για τα λογισμικά των καταστημάτων (ERP frontend, retail apps, loyalty, τιμολόγηση κ.λπ.)

  • Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς προμηθευτές/τεχνικούς για εξοπλισμό και service

  • Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού καταστημάτων σε βασικές λειτουργίες POS και τεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού

  • Διαχείριση και καταγραφή περιστατικών μέσω ticketing system ή εργαλείων παρακολούθησης

  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση χρηστών στα συστήματα ERP, POS, cloud

  • Υποστήριξη και παρακολούθηση ταμειακών συσκευών και myDATA διασύνδεσης με την ΑΑΔΕ

  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα τεχνολογικού εκσυγχρονισμού καταστημάτων (αναβαθμίσεις, νέα ανοίγματα κ.λπ.)

  • Εξασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με πρότυπα ασφαλείας και προστασίας δεδομένων (GDPR, PCI Compliance)

  • Εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και συντήρηση εξοπλισμού: Η/Υ, εκτυπωτές, barcode scanners, routers, access points

  • Καταγραφή και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων εξοπλισμού και αναλωσίμων

  • Παραλαβή, έλεγχος και ενεργοποίηση νέου εξοπλισμού στα καταστήματα

  • Έλεγχος back-up και βασικών διαδικασιών ανάκτησης (όπου εφαρμόζεται)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή Δίπλωμα στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής ή συναφές αντικείμενο

  • Γνώση αγγλικών & Επιθυμητή Γνώση Ιταλικών.

  • Εμπειρία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη συστημάτων POS ή retail IT περιβάλλον

  • Καλή γνώση Windows OS, Microsoft Office, δικτύων (LAN, TCP/IP), routers/switches

  • Γνώση βασικών ERP/retail software λειτουργιών

  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων, οργανωτικότητα και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και διαθεσιμότητα για μετακινήσεις σε καταστήματα (αν απαιτείται)

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον πολυκαταστημάτων ή retail chain

  • Βασική γνώση SQL για troubleshooting σε βάσεις δεδομένων
