Role Summary

We're expanding our eCommerce team at and looking for a motivated
eCommerce Support & Operations
team member to strengthen our customer support and order management processes. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working across multiple functions in digital retail, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

Order & Customer Support:

  • Monitor and process incoming online orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Resolve post-order issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Operations Coordination
:

  • Liaise with physical stores and the Central Warehouse to support timely and efficient order fulfillment
  • Track order statuses, stock availability, and supplier flow
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team and other departments to maintain daily operational flow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, eCommerce, or retail operations
  • Strong communication skills in Greek & English
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time-management
  • Tech-comfortable: Familiar with eCommerce platforms, CMS, or ERP tools
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility
