Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor product teams on IT quality standards and best practices
  • Monitor and ensure fulfilment of Quality Gates throughout the product lifecycle
  • Define and follow up on corrective actions for quality gaps
  • Track and report quality metrics for multiple teams and platforms
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality topics within product teams and external partners
  • Support Agile practices by collaborating with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs)
  • Maintain an overview of quality across platforms and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal quality strategy and frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in software quality roles
  • Proven leadership experience mentoring or guiding Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of the full IT product lifecycle (including project, release, and risk management)
  • Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing work items and reporting
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation strategies, and QA frameworks
  • Knowledge of quality standards, maturity models, and risk-based quality practices
  • Experience working with methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. SAP Commerce Cloud, Dynamics 365, Workday)
  • Understanding of data management and data quality principles
  • Exposure to release management, operations, and incident management processes
