PINKO is a renowned Italian fashion brand headquartered in Marousi, Greece, with a strong retail presence in Greece and Cyprus.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Assistant Area Manager with solid experience in branded apparel retail. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of store management experience and a total of 5 years in retail sales and visual merchandizing, with a keen interest in fashion and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit multiple stores daily to provide support and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for retail operations
  • Oversee daily store functions and coordinate teams
  • Ensure staff achieve sales and performance objectives
  • Support visual merchandising efforts
  • Assist in product replenishment and stock management
  • Conduct sales staff training and development
  • Manage CRM and PR activities
  • Maintain regular communication with stores, headquarters in Marousi, and our offices in Italy in English

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent public relations and communication abilities
  • Team-building and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of the contemporary fashion market
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • Experience with Entersoft ERP or comparable software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and KPI analysis
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel
