Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of retail stores, including marketing, purchasing, pricing, and store appearance in a defined geographical area.

  • Implement organization's policies and procedures to achieve financial, budgetary, and operational objectives.

  • Oversee sales, controllable expenses, cash management, and inventory control.

  • Manage loss prevention and ensure the correct appearance of the stores.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the work of the store teams, ensuring the achievement of objectives and the development of team members.

Previous experience and training:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail store management.

  • Previous experience in profit and loss management, marketing, purchasing, and pricing.

  • Higher education, preferably with master's studies in related areas.

  • Experience in sales supervision, inventory control, and loss prevention.

  • Experience in implementing organizational policies and procedures to achieve financial and operational objectives.
