Position Summary

The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting retail operations across the entire store network, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives, maintaining high performance standards, and promoting consistent implementation of company policies and procedures. The role serves as a key point of connection between the retail network and central departments, driving process efficiency, operational excellence, and high-quality customer experience across all locations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail operations, ideally in a multi-store or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail processes, standards, and customer service.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or retail management systems (e.g., Soft1).
