Purpose of the Role:

  • The role supports the Retail Marketing team in executing trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, product presence, and sell-out. It manages POS materials, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures smooth in-store executions.

Key Functions

  • Assist in the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns and strategies for Greece, Cyprus, Turkey & Balkans Region.
  • Work closely with the retail marketing manager to ensure the correct positioning of products in key retail locations.
  • Monitor and track the performance of retail marketing activities in the field.
  • Create Visual Merchandising planograms, based on brand guidelines, for key accounts.
  • Conduct market visits in the stores of key accounts to provide VM support directly.
  • Coordinate with internal team and external partners to ensure timely implementation of campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with any retail-specific needs or requests for trade marketing support.
  • Gather and analyze sell-out data from the key B2B partners to help identify potential areas for improvement in marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with retail partners to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing plans.
  • Provide assistance in reconciling invoices related to trade marketing activities.
  • Support the communication of marketing initiatives across departments and with external partners.
  • Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Assist in the translations of the content for trade marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and retailer-specific communications (from English to Greek).
  • Maintain records and databases related to trade marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Education in the field of Marketing/Business Administration or related fields
  • (bachelor's degree)
  • Fluent Greek & English (verbal & written)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude & attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for the retail sector, particularly in point-of-sale activities
  • Passion for fashion & new trends
