The Role

We're looking for an International Sales Manager to run Sun of a Beach's global wholesale expansion and nurture relationships with top retailers, agents, and distributors worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with a love for lifestyle and fashion brands and thrives on building long-term partnerships that bring the Greek summer spirit to the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the brand's international wholesale network
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, buyers, agents, and distributors
  • Identify and approach new markets and strategic retail opportunities
  • Represent the brand at international trade shows and during client visits abroad
  • Coordinate seasonal sales campaigns and follow up on orders
  • Keep, organize, and regularly update detailed sales and performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure commercial alignment
  • Maintain accurate client data and pipeline tracking through CRM systems

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of wholesale and retail market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales data
  • An existing network or client list in international retail is a strong plus
