We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the COO to join our team

About the Role

Howden Hellas is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Technology & Operations Enablement Specialist to support the COO in driving operational excellence through digital transformation. This newly created role will focus on coordinating technology initiatives, implementing low/no-code automation solutions, and identifying opportunities to optimize operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Coordination: Assist in managing cross-functional technology projects and ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Automation Implementation: Design, test, and deploy low/no-code solutions to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Operational Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and propose enhancements using digital tools and data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, pilot solutions, and support adoption.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of processes, tools, and outcomes to support scalability and transparency.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience at least 3-4 years as Executive Personal Assistant.
• University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, with additional experience in technology and digital tools.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent command of Greek & English, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and digital transformation strategies
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

• Highly developed communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, adaptability and flexibility.
