About the Role

We are seeking an
Operations Specialist
to support product and compliance teams in managing platforms, ensuring privacy requirements are met, and coordinating business processes. This role is designed for a junior–mid-level professional with strong organisational and communication skills, who is comfortable working across different teams.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain
    cookie consent and privacy management platforms
    across multiple regions.
  • Ensure compliance with
    privacy and regulatory requirements
    (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy).
  • Support
    product teams
    with operational, administrative, and coordination tasks.
  • Document and track tasks using
    project management and collaboration tools
    (Jira, Confluence, Excel).
  • Communicate effectively with business and compliance stakeholders to implement platform updates.
  • Assist with
    day-to-day product operations
    and policy rollouts.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in
    operations, business analysis, compliance, or product support
    .
  • Strong
    organisational and communication skills
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cookie consent platforms
    (e.g., OneTrust, Cookiebot, TrustArc) or willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of
    privacy regulations
    such as GDPR.
  • Comfortable working with project management and documentation tools.
  • No coding or advanced engineering background required.
