Περιγραφή Θέσης
Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά HR Operations Specialist που θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και θα συμβάλει στην ομαλή λειτουργία των καθημερινών HR διαδικασιών. Ο/η κάτοχος της θέσης θα υποστηρίζει τις διαδικασίες πρόσληψης, αποχώρησης, διαχείρισης ωραρίων, θα παρακολουθεί την εφαρμογή της Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας κλπ εξασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια, τη συμμόρφωση και την αποτελεσματικότητα του τμήματος.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών πρόσληψης, αποχώρησης και μετακίνησης εργαζομένων μέσω του συστήματος SAP
- Υποβολή ηλεκτρονικών εντύπων στο Π.Σ. ΕΡΓΑΝΗ (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, τροποποιήσεις ωραρίων)
- Υποστήριξη της εφαρμογής ωρομέτρησης και παρακολούθηση της Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας
- Συλλογή και καταχώρηση δεδομένων σχετικά με ωράρια, άδειες, ασθένειες κ.λπ.
- Συμμετοχή στην υλοποίηση HR projects
- Διαχείριση αιτημάτων εργαζομένων (ερωτήσεις, βεβαιώσεις κ.ά.)
- Ενημέρωση ηλεκτρονικού και φυσικού φακέλου εργαζομένων
- Υποστήριξη σε ad-hoc δραστηριότητες του τμήματος
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες
- Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή σχετικό αντικείμενο
- 1–2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Καλή γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας, ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και πλαισίου Ψηφιακής Κάρτας Εργασίας
- Άριστη γνώση Excel
- Εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα η γνώση SAP θα προσμετρηθεί
- Αναλυτική σκέψη και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προθεσμιών και εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών με διακριτικότητα
