Destination Management Company (DMC)
and part of an international travel organization specializing in active and tailor-made holidays across Europe. From our centrally located office in Athens, we support a wide range of international travel companies in creating unique and memorable experiences for their clients. We are a small, enthusiastic team that values collaboration, quality, and sustainability.

Your Role

As a
Reservations & Operations Specialist
, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing reservations and bookings
    for our standard holiday packages, confirming with hotels and service providers.
  • Handling individual (FIT) bookings
    and supporting the creation of tailor-made travel proposals for our clients.
  • Contributing to our system transition:
    we are currently migrating to a new reservation system, and you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth process with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Team collaboration:
    working closely with colleagues across sales and operations.
  • Emergency support:
    taking part in weekly shifts for our 24/7 emergency phone line (
    with extra pay
    ).

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in
    reservations
    within the travel or tourism industry (e.g. travel agency, tour operator, or DMC).
  • Excellent command of
    English and Greek
    (spoken and written) – essential.
  • Good knowledge of
    German and/or Dutch
    – a strong plus.
  • A
    team player
    with accuracy, independence, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
