Sales Manager for fruit compounds, by-products and specialties
Location: International (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Develop new markets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details.
- Prepare and deliver quotations.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and other relevant departments to ensure timely order processing, smooth coordination of shipments including arranging transportation, shipment tracking and resolution of any customer issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using ERP/ CRM system.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Experience of at least 5 years in selling byproducts, compounds and other specialty citrus- fruit industry.
- Experience in training others in sales techniques and customer service.
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP/CRM system will be an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Other foreign languages are plus.
